                        The Role
                        
                            Black Semiconductor is seeking a highly skilled CMP Process Engineer to lead the development and implementation of advanced CMP processes tailored to next-generation materials and device architectures, including 2D materials such as graphene. In this role, you will play a key part in fab startup activities—overseeing tool installation, acceptance testing, recipe validation, and initial process ramp-up. You will evaluate and define specifications for CMP tools and processes, collaborating with internal teams and equipment or material suppliers to select and qualify the best solutions. Additionally, you will establish the Process of Record (POR) and develop ramp-to-production protocols for all critical CMP steps. You will also work closely with facility and equipment teams to ensure seamless integration with supporting chemical delivery and waste systems
